Days 8,9,10: Photo-a-day project
Sometimes when you get no sleep one night and then 13 hours the next night, and you also get your kitten spayed in that time, while also working full time and working on your business on the side, some days pass and you don’t get a chance to post, even though you take your photos each day. So after that super long sentence, I will now post the photos from days 8, 9, and 10!
Day 8: I was scooping all the dog poop in the back yard from having my mom’s dog here, when Tim locked me out as a joke. I happened to have my purse with me, and my camera was inside. Even though it’s making my purse as heavy as if it were filled with bricks, I am LOVING having my camera with me wherever I go, because I can actually capture those moments I usually see and have to let go because I don’t have quick camera access. Being a photographer has seriously made me look at the world differently, and I constantly see beautiful moments that I want to document. Or just really cute ones of my kitten:
Day 9: Driving back from the vet with my newly spayed kitten in the front seat with me, I had my camera out to see what I could capture at the stop lights. The mountains and clouds looked beautiful, and I really wanted to get a good shot of that, but I could only see the view while I was in the middle of the road driving, and every parking lot I pulled into had buildings that blocked the view. But then at a light around the corner from my house, I looked away from the mountains and saw these trees. I like the way the tops blend together and rise and fall, kind of like a mountain peak of a different kind:
Day 10: My poor kitten! Newly spayed and in pain. I hate doing this to my cats! You can’t explain why you’ve just tortured them. Luckily, she seems to be bouncing back pretty quickly.
